The My Premium page is where Care’s Premium members go to access their perks. The goal of this project was to optimize this page by focusing on all the exciting benefits of Premium and reduce the cancellation rate.
Babysitting Landing Page
A new design on Care’s search engine marketing landing page for babysitting featuring an animated preview of the user experience was rolled out to boost its conversion rate to basic memberships.
Brand Photography Library
Since designers source stock images from multiple sites, the team needed a place for all downloaded photos to live. With the photography library, designers easily browse and share purchased images. After the library was rolled out, the team was able to reduce the number of yearly image downloads, cutting cost by 25%.
